We cannot ship replacements outside of the US and Canada. If you are an international customer, please contact the store you purchased the puzzle from.

We would like to ensure that our community receives legitimate products that represent our brand. Before purchasing what looks like an eeBoo product, ensure that the source is legitimate. If you are served an ad that you believe to be spam, report the ad. We are unable to replace products bought at third party, thrift, or close out stores. Proof of purchase may be required.
