How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship our orders within 2-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?

What shipping carrier do you use?
Orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box?
As we ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, we cannot ship to a USPS PO box.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be charged in New York State.
What is your return policy?

How do I cancel or change my order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 212-222-0823 as soon as possible. Orders often ship within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.
Our puzzle is missing a piece; can we get a replacement?
Yes. We cannot replace individual puzzle pieces, but we would be happy to send you a replacement puzzle if you find that yours is missing a piece upon opening your sealed box. Please send us the PO# (can be found on the back of the box) and a picture of the puzzle with the missing piece and we will replace it.
We lost the instructions to our game; can we get another copy?
Yes. We have PDF version of our game instructions that we would be happy to send. Please email us at email@example.com.
We have foreign language instructions available in Spanish, French, German, and for some products, Danish and Korean. If you would like copies of these instructions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can we get a replacement if our game has missing or damaged pieces?
We are happy to offer replacements for games purchased from an eeBoo retailer that have not been discontinued. If you purchased a game that came with pieces damaged or missing, please send us the PO# (found on the back of the box) and a picture of the damages if applicable.
