ORDER QUESTIONS

Can I apply discounts to an order placed before a sale went live?

Discounts are only valid during the period of the sale. Stay tuned for our next sale and take advantage of free shipping over $70 between promotions!

Is the discount applied before or after shipping is calculated?

Discounts are applied before shipping is calculated. Your discounted cart must reach $70 in order to receive free shipping. Discounts are not applicable on shipping costs. Discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout.

How can I contact you?

Do you have gift wrapping or price-less packaging?

At this time, we do not have gift wrapping available. 

If you would like to add a note to your order, please add it to the "Add a note to your order" field on the cart page before checking out.

Our packages do not contain any pricing.

When is my card charged?

When you place your order the charge is pre-authorized on your credit card, but the charge will only be finalized when your order ships.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payment through Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We charge tax based on your local state tax regulations.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed immediately. Please verify that your cart, shipping address, and other order details are correct before checking out.

We cannot guarantee orders can be changed if they have already been processed.

If necessary to change your order, email us at website@eeboo.com as soon as possible. Orders are often processed within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.

Can I make additions to my order?

We are not able to add additional products to your order, please place a new order with any additional products you are interested in.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to website@eeboo.com.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Holiday Shipping Times

Please place your order by 12/12/24 for delivery by 12/24/24. We ship with UPS Ground and USPS Priority. Our warehouse is located in Massachusetts. Orders to northeast addresses typically arrive faster than west coast addresses.

What are your shipping rates?

Orders of $1-69.99: $8.99

Orders $70 and above: FREE

Shipping is calculated on the discounted cart total at checkout. If you are using a discount code, your order including the discount must total $70 to get free shipping.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We generally process and pack orders in 2-3 business days.

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

No, we can only send an order to one address. If you need to have items delivered to multiple addresses, they will need to be placed in separate orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time, however you can find eeBoo at many international retailers. Find our favorites here:international stockists

What shipping carrier do you use?

Orders will ship via UPS Ground or USPS.

My order arrived but I received the wrong product or something was damaged. What should I do?

Please reach out to us at website@eeboo.com with your order number and shipping issue. Please include a photo if possible. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

I counted my pieces and there is 1008!

It's true! The majority of our 1000 piece puzzles are actually 1008 pieces. In order to achieve the perfect puzzle size, it sometimes takes an abnormal piece count.

Our puzzle is missing a piece; can we get a replacement?

If you believe there is a problem with your puzzle due to a manufacturing error, please fill out the form linked below so we can assist you. We cannot replace individual puzzle pieces. Please note that not all puzzles styles are available as replacement puzzles.

Can we get a replacement if our game has missing or damaged pieces?

While we cannot send individual pieces, we are happy to offer full replacements for games or puzzles with manufacturing issues. If you purchased a game that was missing a piece or came with defective pieces please fill out this form to report the damages.

My puzzle doesn't fit together correctly?

Puzzles should have a good fit--please email us a photo to website@eeboo.com so we can help out.

We lost the instructions to our game; can we get another copy?

Yes. We have PDF versions of our game instructions that we would be happy to send. Please email us at website@eeboo.com.

We have foreign language instructions available in Spanish, French, German, and for some products, Danish and Korean. If you would like copies of these instructions, please email us at website@eeboo.com.

How do I redeem points?

First make sure you are logged in so you can see your points balance. See your available rewards at eeboo.com/pages/reward. Click Redeem on the reward you would like to use. A unique promo code will be generated for you to use at checkout.
