Many hands honor Mom

This was the most challenging one so far! Had to get the family involved, left it out on the table of our family cottage, so eventually many hands got involved over a few weekends. Nice bonding over birds which was our Moms favorite hobby.

Birds Galore

Great fun making it and deciding what birds are there. With help our birder friends: European bee eater, blue tit, great tit, chaffinch, bull finch, European starling,, European goldfinch, red-breasted nut hutch … that’s a start can anyone else help.

Beautiful Artwork

This puzzle was so much fun to put together. Very challenging and it came out so beautifully I couldn’t bear to crumble it up. It is now hanging on my wall. I don’t understand people who say they are missing a piece. The puzzle comes wrapped in plastic inside the box so the only way a piece could be missing is after you unwrap it. Check under the sofa!

Missing pieces

My husband gave me this puzzle as a gift. I am so disappointed. There is at least one missing piece. I have finished the dark part at the bottom and one piece is missing there. I have some leaves to finish and don't know yet how many of those pieces are missing. I am very unhappy.

Hi there, Thank you for your purchase, we are so sorry to hear your puzzle is missing a piece! We take manufacturing quality extremely seriously and would love to fix this issue. Unfortunately, we cannot replace individual pieces because we cannot guarantee a replacement piece will fit snuggly. Once you finish the puzzle, please go to www.eeboo.com/form to submit your request for a replacement. We do ask a couple of questions so we can track all concerns and prevent any quality issues in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback!

Our customer service team will reach out to you as soon as possible to help. International puzzlers should return the puzzle to the place of purchase.

Hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy! If you have any further questions or issues with the form please let us know.

Best,
Katie at eeBoo
