Accessibility Statement
Updated: September 4, 2026
Our Goal
We want everyone who visits the eeBoo website and uses our platform to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.
To help us ensure a positive experience for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the eeBoo website and platform.
By ensuring a Level AA accessibility conformance, we allow for assistive technology such as screen readers, braille displays, plugins, and browser extensions to add further functionality needed by the individual user.
How are we doing?
eeBoo.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant"
means that some parts of our content do not yet fully meet the standard.
We assess our conformance using a combination of automated testing and manual
review. Our most recent review was completed in September 2026.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas where eeboo.com does not yet meet Level AA,
and work is underway on each:
· Some buttons, including a purchase button on product pages, do not announce
a clear label to screen readers.
· The rotating banner on our homepage advances automatically and does not yet
offer a way to pause it.
· Some promotional links shown as images do not yet describe where they lead.
· Some items inside our product carousels can receive keyboard focus while
they are scrolled out of view.
· Some text and button color combinations do not yet meet the minimum 4.5:1
contrast ratio.
We expect to resolve these items by October 15, 2026. If you run into any of them,
or anything else, please contact us using the details below and we will help you
complete your order or find what you need.
What are we doing?
At eeBoo we are committed to ensuring a good experience for all users, and we have taken several measures to achieve this:
- We have established a central team responsible for driving accessibility efforts
- We have stated our commitment to accessibility in internal employee policies
- We use our own automated accessibility checks for testing everything we post
- We have accessibility professionals conduct adhoc manual audits
- We are continuing to develop adaptable children's products
Upon request, eeBoo will arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities in a timely manner that takes into account each person’s accessibility needs due to disability.
We would love your feedback

The eeBoo Accessibility Pledge
We champion inclusion by empowering adults and children new ways to play and communicate.
We are committed to ensuring that digital solutions and content developed, or acquired, by eeBoo meet a high level of accessibility. This means either conformance with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 or ensuring that the solutions are effective, efficient, engaging, error-tolerant, and easy to learn for users of all abilities.
We pledge that should a conflict arise between release deadlines, aesthetics, and the production of accessible solutions and content that accessibility will remain a priority.
